Enrollment fees and information

Enrollment fees include:

• Participation in the scientific sessions (Workshops + Keynote Lecture + Conference);
• Breaks and lunches at the Conference venue;
• Welcome reception and evenings with live music at Musiikkitalo and Bar Loose for onsite attendance
• Volume of the Conference proceedings if published.

Enrollment fees do not include: what is not explicitly mentioned in the “fees include”.

* Have to indicate Student as qualification and upload a copy of enrolment certificate in their current school in the form

** Undergraduate students are required to send a request to neuromusic@fondazione-mariani.org and wait for approval before enrolling 

Payments can be made:

• online by credit card when registering;
• by bank transfer

Cancellations and partial refunds (70%) will be considered if received by the Mariani Foundation before May 19^th, 2024, as long as the Foundation is able to obtain reimbursements from the providers of the relevant services.

Payment receipts will be available in your user menu.
